To ensure that guests feel totally at home during their stay at The Kayon Valley Resort, an in-villa dining service is available around the clock A comprehensive menu of delicious food items has been created to please all appetites. From light bites to more substantial dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner, satisfaction is just is just one phone call away. Every order will be prepared and delivered by our food and beverage team at any given time of the day or night.
Our guests are always at home at The Kayon Valley Resort – and their In Room Dining experience is no exception. Room Service is one of the best things about staying at a hotel. Luxury is the two of you being able to have a lie-in on Sunday morning, hear a knock on the door and know that it is your breakfast being served – or being able to lift the receiver at any time of day to order some snacks, something to drink or a meal. At The Kayon Valley Resort, room service is available during the day up to 1 am; whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, nibbles or a midnight snack, we deliver your food within 30 minutes.
Butler Service
For a truly luxurious experience, The Kayon Valley Resort provides an exclusive butler service to enhance overall quality of stay. This personalised privilege is available for all villa’s guests to ensure that every conceivable need or special request is suitably taken care of in a timely manner. From arranging reservations and laundry, to serving afternoon tea or simply making sure that everything is in order, a butler will be on hand to carry out all duties with a genuine Balinese smile.
To provide the highest quality in Villas and in-suite service to all of our guests entitled to Butler Service at The Kayon Valley Resort by directing service operations. The Butler’s primarily goal is to create an ambiance of complete luxury away from home by anticipating each individual guest’ needs through many small moments of Surprise and Delight that our guest would never have expected or experienced.
Laundry Services
Our staff will be on hand to arrange your daily laundry, our staff could send the dirty cloth to the local laundry company with whom we cooperate the (Laundry Price List is available in the room). Please ensure that you relay any special instructions for the care of your garments directly to the staff to prevent any harm to your clothing, particularly if you have any garments made of silk or delicate fabric. To avoid misunderstandings, please make sure you give your dry cleaning to the staff separately from your regular laundry, and ensure that the staffs understands that these items are to be dry cleaned only.
You will be asked to sign a dry cleaning or laundry bill each time your clothes are sent out for professional care. All charges for laundry & dry cleaning will be presented to you. Typically this service requires one full day services.
Shuttle Service schedule to and from down Town Ubud
For your convenience, we provide a shuttle service that will take you from the resort to the center of Ubud as well as to bring you back. The shuttle is found at the Ubud parking central at Jln. Suweta. No reservation is needed if you would like to take this service but advance notice is always appreciated.

Morning Walk
Morning walk at 07.30 am- 08.30am.
Every morning, our Guest Activities team will lead you and your group to take leisurely walks in and around Ubud, entering the small villages and temples and meeting the locals at their homes.
Scheduled to depart every morning at 7.30 am from the lobby, these short walks also include the stunning premises of Kayon.
Balinese Genuine Activities
Complimentary every day starting from 13:00-14:00 at Yoga pavilion
Experience becoming Balinese. We invite you to join our guest activity hosted at Yoga pavilion every day to practice making Balinese offering, Bumbu Bali (learning Balinese spice), Balinese dance, Wearing Balinese dress, Rindik Music Instrument lesson and some others activities. The details information about our Balinese activities is available at our reception 24 hours a day.
Cooking Class

Bring home the secrets of Ubud chefs with you by signing up for our cooking class.
Led by our Balinese Gourmet Chef, your class will start with shopping for spices and vegetables in Ubud traditional market at 07:00 am for approximately one hour.
The cooking class will take place at KePitu starting at 11.00 am.
For approximately one and a half hours, The Kayon chef will share his best-kept secrets of recipes and techniques for you to follow.
You will enjoy your own cooking at KePitu Restaurant after the session ends.
