Extremely polite and professional, with dedicated service accorded to their happy clients. Pak Rusdi, Pak Nano, Ibu Oka needs special mention. We appreciate Pak Komang Arta Wirawan’s recommendation of the Kayon Valley Resort as well. “A perfect stay for our Baby Moon! We stayed at this hotel in October and everything was absolutely perfect. Special mention to Rusdi, our butler, who made our experience even more memorable thanks to his professionalism and attention to every detail. The room was impeccable, impeccable cleanliness, and very well appointed. The van service to the centre of Ubud is a real plus, very convenient and fast. We were also touched by the little touches planned for our Baby Moon, an adorable and personalized welcome. Finally, the restaurant is exceptional, both for the quality of the dishes and the service. Thank you for everything
Everything is amazing. Rooms are clean, pool is excellent , everyone is really friendly. We stayed at both jungle and valley and will definitely come back. The only thing is the gym at valley location… 80% of equipment is not working and impossible to work out.

Great pool and friendly correspondence, and delicious breakfast
A perfect resort with nothing lacking at all. From the condition of Fulvilla to a delicious breakfast, a flawless swimming pool and a shuttle ride around the jungle, to the staff who come and say hi and ask if they need anything. Everything remains as a fantastic memory. Return Doctor 100%! One very minor disadvantage is that there are many mosquitoes, which offer free mosquito spray, and every room has mosquitoes. Great, relaxing experience.
Recently, we stayed at the Kayon Valley Resort. Resort is conveniently located and has got great views of the jungle and mountains. The location is very peaceful and away from hustle and bustle. The property was clean and offered all amenities, overall our stay was super comfortable. The restaurant serves good food with ample options for vegetarian or vegan. The staff at the Resort is very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The initial information about the Resort and overall about Bali was provided to us by very informative staff Rusdi. He was very helpful and provided good information about Bali. Thereafter, we were taken care by another super helpful and very informative staff Yogi. Big thanks to him, he took great care of us and shown us various places across Bali, Yogi is a very nice and safe driver. Most of the staff at the resort can communicate well in English, which also helps a lot. PROs - Location - Nature - Ambience - Food - Friendly Staff CONs - The resort might not be suitable for elderly or children as one has to climb steep steps which might be inconvenient

True Paradise is in Ubud
There are things that happen in life that change the perception of what is in this case a journey. And in this case that thing has a name: The Kayon Valley. It's hard to describe in a few words what the experience at this hotel is all about. Read other travellers' reviews and you know you're in for something special. But, believe me, it has exceeded all expectations. The Kayon has without a doubt the best jungle views in Ubud. The feeling of waking up in the morning and being in front of this wonder of nature is indescribable. The villa (201 in my case) is perfect, with a bed never seen before. Everything is brand new, with details that make your stay very special. The food is another experience in itself. Delicious, each and every one of them, from breakfast to dinners with a distinctly Balinese approach. And this is a touch of distinction, living the Balinese culture in all its expression. And that is what you will experience at The Kayon. But the real magic of The Kayon, and in this case it is far from being a cliché, is its people. They take care of you, they pamper you, they offer you their naturalness and their smile as soon as they meet you. Thanks to Intan (the real "diamond" of The Kayon, she knows why 😉), Nano (never change!), Ari and her eternal smile, Suwar (no matter where you are, he's always there...) and just to name a few of the incredible staff. I can't recommend enough a stay in this true natural paradise. See you next year! Gabi
